Ray Machine has been providing quality products to both commercial and defense customers for over 50 years. From its origins under MIL-I-45208, we registered under ISO 9001 in May of 2006 and completed registration under Aerospace Industry Quality Management System AS9100 in January of 2012. Our current ISO registration through SAI Global complies with the requirements of both AS9100 and ISO 9001 for machining, fabrication, electromechanical assembly, and finishing of metals.
Based on Customer requirements, our inspection systems allow for inspection to print, limited dimension drawings as well as direct inspection to a solid model.
Our inspection and measuring systems complement our manufacturing process and capabilities. This coupled with the highly trained personnel insure that your product exceeds your specifications and expectations.
